Terms of use: Gift Card

- The balance of the Gift Card is valid exclusively for purchasing tickets to *The Phantom of the Opera* in Madrid at Teatro Albéniz for the 2024/2025 season. It cannot be used to purchase subscriptions or tickets for other performances.  

- The Gift Card will be valid from the date of purchase and can be redeemed until April 20, 2025.  

- If the purchase amount exceeds the available balance on the card, the difference must be paid in cash or through other accepted payment methods at the time of the transaction.  

- The Gift Card is a bearer document, and responsibility for its use lies solely with the holder. In the event of loss, theft, misplacement, or damage to the Gift Card, it will not be replaced or refunded.

- The balance on the Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit. 

- Only one Gift Card can be used per purchase. If the purchase amount is less than the card’s value, the difference cannot be claimed or refunded.   

How to Redeem Your Gift Card

1. To redeem the Gift Card, go to the official sales website for El Fantasma de la Ópera | El Musical.

2. Select the date, time, and available seats in the Stalls (Patio de Butacas) or Balcony (Anfiteatro).

3. Once the tickets are selected, review your cart and purchase summary. Once the process is completed, changes or refunds are not allowed. If you agree with your ticket selection, click CONTINUE.

4. If you are not interested in Promotions and Add-ons, click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT. Fill in the Buyer Information. Under Payment Methods, select Do you have a gift card? Enter the gift card code in the box and click Validate.

Before completing the purchase process for the Gift Card, verify that the Amount and Delivery Details are correct. Once the process is completed, modifications or refunds are not possible.
